Guidelines & Policies​

At Śānti Bodyworks, we believe it's important to provide our Guidelines & Policies so clients know what to expect from our services. Please review how we ensure an experience that will benefit each individual who joins us on their journey toward wellness. 

New Clients

To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request new clients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled service in order to complete a new client intake form. If you prefer, you can access and complete the form from our website: New Client Intake. This way, you can start unwinding the moment you arrive for your session.

Etiquette

To maintain a tranquil environment for all our guests, we kindly ask that you silence your cell phones upon arrival.

Health Considerations

Please inform us of any health concerns or conditions that may contraindicate certain treatments, such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart disease, or sunburn.

Alcohol Policy

For your well-being, we discourage the consumption of alcoholic beverages before, during, or immediately after your treatments.

Gratuities

At Śānti, we believe in the services we provide, not the gratuity expected by most. While we appreciate that you may want to provide your therapist additional compensation, please do so with your kind words and referrals. This is all the gratitude we could hope for.

Late Arrivals

To respect the time of all our guests, treatments will commence as scheduled. Unfortunately, clients who are late will forfeit the portion of their scheduled service, and they will be charged for the complete service.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or re-schedule, please provide a 24-hour notice for a single service and a 48-hour notice for two or more services booked together, and all packages. If Śānti Bodyworks is not notified within the said time frame, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. No-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee. The service charge will be billed to the card provided at the time of reservation.
